Tutoring is conducted in person at 253 Nelson Avenue unless online arrangements are made.

Our goal is to provide consistent weekly tutoring sessions whenever possible.

Please review sports schedules, extracurricular activities, and other commitments before completing this section.

Tutoring availability is first-come, first-served.

If you prefer sessions beginning on the half-hour instead of the hour, please indicate this in the scheduling notes section.

At Tutoring by Christine, we occasionally take photos and videos during tutoring sessions to showcase our programs on our website, social media channels. Do you grant permission for your child to be included in these photos and videos?

Financial Responsibility and Agreement with Tutoring by Christine LLC

I understand that TACHS/SHSAT Private Tutoring is billed at a rate of $90 per hour.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for all instructional fees associated with the student listed above.

There is no minimum session commitment required. Tutoring services may be discontinued at any time by either the parent(s) or legal guardian(s), or by Tutoring by Christine, provided that more than 24 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled session.

If the availability submitted on this registration form aligns with Tutoring by Christine’s scheduling availability, tutoring will be automatically confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent.

If the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) choose to permanently discontinue tutoring services for their child, they must notify the Tutoring by Christine office by both phone and email at least 24 business hours before any scheduled session to avoid applicable charges.

Session Cancellation, Attendance, and Billing Policy

The following policies apply to individual tutoring sessions.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Session Cancellation Notice: One tutoring session may be canceled without charge per calendar month, provided the cancellation is submitted through the Tutoring by Christine account more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
2. Late Cancellations and Missed Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, as well as missed or no-show appointments, will be charged at the full session rate.
3. Weekly Billing: The payment method on file will be charged at the end of each week for all tutoring sessions completed during that billing period.
4. Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid balances may be added to the weekly charge and processed using the payment method on file.

We will not charge your card during registration. Your payment information is collected securely and stored for future tutoring charges according to the policies outlined above.
